Want to be absolutely sure about sizing?

For our metal devices we offer a prototype program. Clients can receive a plastic replica of the final design before we produce it in steel or titanium so that you can be sure the fit will be perfect.

This is a highly recommended option, especially for new customers. Prototypes do not have the smooth finish of our custom plastic cages and are intended for fitting rather than extended use.

📏  How to Measure for Aegis (Custom Fit Guide)

 

You will need a soft measuring tape or a string and a ruler.

To ensure the Aegis fits like a second skin, you’ll need to provide 4 key measurements:

A – Hip Waist Size

Measure around your waist where you would like the chastity waist band to sit and measure accordingly. Just above your hip line.

 

B – Crotch Length

From the front hip bone to the back of the waist — the side section of the belt.

Measure through your crotch front to back to the side of your penis level with your waist/hip measurements.

C – Penis Tube Placement

Take your measuring tape from the front middle of the waist (where you measured for hips) and measure the length to the starting point of your penis.

Material: 3D Printed Stainless Steel 316 Medical Grade; Non-porous, body-safe, and rust-free. Hand Polished for a mirror like effect.  Custom have a brushed steel finish, some minor defects might be visible as it is handmade. NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS  You are the sole responsible for your measurements. We do not accept returns or claims if a device does not fit. We will make the device with a possible deviation from 1 to 5 mm depending on device. Every custom chastity belt is designed and made to order. Please allow 2-6 weeks for this process to happen.
